Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been placed and fulfilled, a tracking number will be issued.

All large item (i.e. fireplaces, grills, stoves, etc.)  ship Freight via R&L carriers.  On occasion smaller items may ship via UPS, or FedEx.

Once a tracking number has been issued, please allow at least 12 hours for tracking to show movement from pickup to overnight warehouse storage. All tracking data comes with an estimated delivery timeframe. 

For Freight Shipments, R&L carriers will contact to schedule a suitable day for delivery. An adult of at least 18 years of age must be present to accept and sign for the order, otherwise, the shipment cannot be delivered. No exceptions.
