How is your site secured?

We use 256-bit encryption technology to securely store your information. Your information is safely stored and only accessed at your discretion.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Generally speaking, we ask for 5 to 10 business days from the date of order. Location is a factor as well. We try to ship orders from the nearest warehouse to you to reduce waiting time as much as possible. If for any reason your order will take longer than 10 business days, we will contact and notify you before fulfilling your order. This is normally for custom orders (items not listed on our website).

Can I cancel, or change my order?

Yes. However, this must be done as quickly as possible. It's normal to have a change of heart or even accidentally order the wrong item.

We aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible to stick to our shipping timeline. Therefore, orders that need to be canceled or updated, must be done so within 24 hours. Please note this does not guarantee, we can in fact cancel or update your order. If your order has already been placed and shipped, cancellation or updating the order is not possible without first returning the original item in its original condition.

Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied?

An order can be returned if:

  • It has not been opened or used in any way. This is important as we cannot sell an item that has been opened by a customer. Any sign that the item has been tampered with will see the return rejected.
  • If within 7 days of receiving the item
  • a return authorization# has been issued to the customer

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once a RA# has been issued, please note it will expire within 7 days of issuance. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Upon delivery, you should inspect the order for any visible damage before signing the release document. If you notice any extensive damage to the shipment, it is advised that you refuse shipment noting that the order was damaged upon arrival. All orders are securely packed in boxes with Styrofoam placements and fabrics designed to ensure items arrive in good condition, without damage.

If you accepted your order and notice damage during the unboxing, please contact us via phone number or email as quickly as possible. We understand this can be frustrating, but rest assured that we will make sure the damaged item is picked up and a new item is sent out to you.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, however, in order to protect ourselves and customers, we do not accept first-time orders over the phone. Your first purchase must be made via our online store. Phone orders are only accepted for existing customers.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Paypal, as well as most major credit cards except AMEX.
